Terms of Service

Dropy is a discovery, competition, and monetization platform for creators. Dropy does NOT host video; we link to content already on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and add a layer of discovery, challenges, events, and monetization on top.

Some features (premium challenges, AI tools, gifts, events) may require "Drops" — the in-app currency.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Dropy. Earning and withdrawal features may require you to be 18+ and to complete identity verification.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering, including when signing in with Google.

You retain ownership of the content you create and link. You grant Dropy the right to display, distribute, and promote that content link within the platform.

You agree NOT to post or link to content that is illegal, infringes copyright, is hateful, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or harmful to minors.

Dropy may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate community rules, without prior notice.

"Drops" is the in-app currency used for premium features, gifting, challenges, and AI tools. Drops are not legal tender and have no cash value outside the platform unless explicitly stated.

When you top up, you agree to the prices, fees, and payment methods shown at the time of the transaction. Some methods may apply a processing fee.

Except where required by law, completed purchases of Drops and consumed features are non-refundable.

Creators may earn from gifts, events, challenges, and brand campaigns. Dropy takes a platform fee at each monetization touchpoint.

Earnings may be held for a fraud-review window before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawals may require identity verification (KYC).

Dropy offers AI tools (caption, slide, landing page, summary, exam generation, and more). AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for every purpose — you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

You may not use AI tools to create misleading, impersonating, or unlawful content, or to fabricate information (e.g., fake credentials, reviews, or discounts).

• Fraud, self-gifting, or manipulating leaderboards.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse rewards or evade bans.
• Interfering with, scanning, or attacking Dropy systems or APIs.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.

The Dropy brand, logo, interface, and software are owned by Dropy and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

Dropy may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, show signs of fraud, or where necessary to protect users and the platform. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
